SPARTAN 105 (Lazarus) "The Dark One"

He is the Forerunner’s answer to the UNSC’s Spartan super soldier. He is often tasked with taking command of Sentinel troops by his local Monitor 104 Short Circuit. Guides and directs Sentinels in combat, regularly changing their combat algorithms so they will survive longer in battle. He is known as The Dark One by the Unggoy, even worse than ‘The Demon’ the MC is referred to as.

He uses a unique form of martial arts in combat that involves aerial moves, making him a lethal and deadly opponent in a fight. Unlike his Sentinel troops, he does not fly, instead utilizing a jet pack in the back of his armour, similar to Elite Rangers, to jump to great heights. Built into his armour system is active camouflage and a powerful blue bubble shield that pops into place when his sensors detect incoming projectiles. His long sloping skull and mask enable him to breathe comfortably in the most toxic atmosphere.

It is thought that Lazarus may in fact be a human brought up by Sentinels as a Forerunner, due to his humanoid appearance. His height and size are also indicative of the Spartan III’s who trained on the world Onyx. He can speak to Sentinels in their language, which is believed to be a form of telepathy.
